Nestled among golf courses and lakes lies our unique community consisting of 86 townhome residences of Mediterranean style. Doral Colony is part of the communities of Doral Estates, one of the oldest gated communities in the City with direct access to the Trump National Golf Resort. Conveniently located at 9401 NW 41st Street, Doral, FL 33178 in the heart of Doral, close to highways, Miami International Airport and the downtown Doral area.

Important information and reminders for Homeowners:

  • For our Fire Extinguisher and Electrical Panel Inspections requirements: please click here.
  • For the community’s parking rules: please click here.
  • Trash Days are weekly – Monday & Thursdays
    o No storage of garbage outside property. Please keep your bins out of sight. All trash should be placed in the appropriate containers with the lid closed. No trash bags allowed to prevent rodents from spilling trash in our community.
  • Moving Days: Mon- Fri from 8 am to 6 pm; Sat from 9 am to 6 pm
    o No moving trucks or commercial vehicles allowed on Sundays or Holidays. No moving trucks including U-Haul’s should be left over night in the community.
  • All pets as per Miami Dade Ordinance shall have their rabies shots up to date and shall be walked on a leash. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Please do not leave pet food outside as this attracts frogs, rodents and other pests.
